PO wise record of
dispatches/accountal of fish plate in line with (d) above.
g)
Internal dimensional check report of fish
plate and manufacture chemical check record.
h) Calibration record of gauges, measuring
instruments & test equipment.

RDSO approval for
templates/gauges.

3% of lot/pairs to be checked for fitment by bolting to two
specified rail sections to check the fit. Fit of fish plates shall be tested
by attempts to insert small feeler
gauges of size not exceeding 0.5mm between fishing angles of fish plates and
rails. |

fishplate bar at the spacing not exceeding 400mm centre to centre of the
identification mark. · The heat
no. can be hot stamped. · All
marking must be clear of nuts and bolt holes |
